CAULIFLOWER FOR GINA
I still get really excited when others embrace my pickling. My good friend and her husband came out for a visit and a little Colorado R&R. We had a glorious weekend enjoying the mountains, and when she requested pickled cauliflower I was happy to oblige. I used the same Jardiniere recipe as above and I hope the results are just as good.
