PICKLED VEGGIES & MOZZARELLA Last night, my husband and I ventured to the new Lucky Pie Pizza & Tap House in Denver. Much to my delight pickled vegetables were offered on the menu, which wasn’t super surprising (pickled goods seem to be popping up on menus everywhere) but what was surprising was that they were offered accompanying the homemade mozzarella. Pickled carrots and cauliflower were a great compliment to the cheese, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
